CAPE CORAL - Something new is brewing in Cape Coral. Open Friday at 4 pm is the latest addition to the growing Southwest Florida craft beer scene. Upon the pouring of its first pint Scotty's Bierwerks will offically be the largest craft brewery between Tampa and Miami. The facility is located on Pondella Road in a 10,000-square-foot industrial space and has been in the works for years by owner Scott Melick. Not only will the tasting room feature their own brewed beverages, but they will also have many other rotating taps available.
