Three former employees of the Bubble Room say they were sexually harassed for several years and management let it go on.

A 131 page report outlining the allegations was filed in Lee County Civil Court last week.

The former employees are seeking 15,000 dollars in damages, plus attorney's fees.

Two of the three women worked at the restaurant from 2013 to 2015, the other worked there from 2014 to 2015.

They say they were subject to sexually subjective comments by two men who worked with them, and management let it go on.

According to the lawsuit, the men made comments about “sex acts, sexual positions” and the body parts of their female co-workers.

Both men named in the suit are also accused of trying to grab and bite one of the plaintiffs.  The women say management knew of the harassment and treated it as a joke and didn't fired the offenders.

They are suing to recover lost wages, plus compensation for mental anguish caused by the harassment.

The bubble room is closed until Thursday as it gets ready for season.

An employee working at the gift shop says the owner isn’t available tonight.
