CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies arrested a Punta Gorda man Saturday night after he reportedly used text messaging to try to arrange a meeting with two juveniles for sex.

58-year-old Bret Lee is charged with two counts of Using a Computer to Seduce Lure a Child, and two counts of Travelling to Meet a Minor After Using Computer to Lure Child.

According to a Charlotte County Sheriff's report, a 13-year-old boy told investigators that a man going by the name "Brad" had been in contact with him via text messaging, sending graphic and explicit texts in an effort to meet with him for oral sex.

Undercover detectives joined the conversation, posing as a 16-year-old friend, and agreed to meet with "Brad", later determined to be Bret Lee.

Detectives say Lee arrived at the meeting location in Port Charlotte and was seen walking around his vehicle, dressed as described in the text messages. When Lee got back into his vehicle and started to leave, deputies performed a traffic stop and took Lee into custody.

He remains in Charlotte County Jail on $130,000 bond.
