It happened back in 2011 on December 23 around 9 p.m. outside of the entrances of Macy's and JCPenny.

Police say 25-year-old Thomas Goodman was shot walking through the parking lot. Witnesses told police they saw a gray four-door vehicle, with a bunch of guys inside, chase and shoot the victim.

Police say Goodman suffered multiple gunshot wounds from a high-powered assault rifle; they believe around 50 to 60 rounds were fired at him.
