A man is caught on camera stealing a cell phone from a Dollar General, Cape Coral Police said.
It happened at a Dollar General located at the corner of Andalusia Boulevard and Kismet Parkway in Cape Coral.
If you recognize him you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.
