CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Punta Gorda man is facing multiple drug charges after a marijuana grow house was discovered on his property.

According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, a search warrant was executed at a home on Disston Avenue on Friday.

An unattached structure on the property was found to contain a marijuana cultivation operation, including 21 mature plants, 31 clone plants, 10 small plants, and over 72 grams of bagged marijuana.

Four residents of the home were questioned, including two adults, one juvenile, and a special needs adult.  Of those four, 49-year-old Lasaro Banos was arrested on drug charges.
