Cape Coral Police say they will be looking for impaired drivers and taking them off the roadways to help keep our community safe.
“If you are going out to partake in adult beverages, designate a sober driver, or utilize an alternate form of transportation (Uber, Lyft, taxi, bus, etc.). Don’t take the chance of ruining a life, including your own”
And as a reminder, the AAA Holiday Safe Ride Program (also known as Tipsy Tow or Tow-to-Go) will not be offered this year.
“To protect our members and our service providers, AAA is not allowing passengers to ride in our tow trucks to ensure compliance with social distancing recommendations provided by the CDC,” Andrew Gross, Public Relations Manager.
