One person was killed in an early morning stabbing in North Fort Myers, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to 1180 Palm Avenue in North Fort Myers near the United Plaza parking lot at approximately 4:23 a.m.

A deceased male was located, according to LCSO.
An identification of the victim has not been released.
