NAPLES, Fla. — UPDATE 4/20, 6:40 A.M.:

On March 14, around 9:15 p.m., a Naples officer met with a man who reported that the woman took nearly $30,000 in cash from him to, "bless his money, making the money double and possibly triple in quantity," but he never saw her again.

According to reports, the man responded to a flyer posted at the 24-hour laundry mat located on the corner of Golden Gate Parkway and 951. The flyer stated a “100% guarantee,” promising results in helping resolve issues with your significant other.

The man told police he called the number on the flyer (239) 255-4870, and spoke with a woman named Rosalia, who scheduled an appointment for him to visit her at 900 6th Ave S, suite 201.

During the first visit, the man says Rosalia pulled out tarot cards and told him she saw something “dark” in his life. To fix the darkness, Rosalia instructed him to sleep with three eggs under his bed and to bring the eggs to her the next day.

The man did as she asked, and the following day returned the eggs to Rosalia. During this second visit, Rosalia took the eggs and waved them over his head and face before opening each egg. According to reports, the first egg had blood inside, the second contained needles, and the third egg held worms.

Rosalia then instructed the man to bring all the money he had and to borrow money from friends and family and to bring it all to her so she could bless his money, making it double and possibly triple in quantity.

The man told police that the next time he met with her, he gave Rosalia $29,500.00 to bless. She told him she saw a darkness in the money and needed to take it to her temple in Fort Myers to clean it and return it to him the next day (March 14) at 8 am.

According to reports, Rosalia text the man that she would not be able to make their appointment and would meet him another time. She then stopped responding to his messages.

The victim says he can provide a receipt for the cash he withdrew from his account, but has no proof for the remainder which he borrowed from his brother.

Police say they encountered three people outside of Suite 201 who were also waiting to meet Rosalia for follow-up appointments:

a woman who gave Rosalia $11,435 in cash to clean and bless her money.

a man who gave her $8,000 in cash to clean at the temple in Fort Myers. He provided officers with an address of 2740 Oakridge Court, Unit 303, which he said was Rosalia's other office location.

These two victims were able to provide screenshots of text messages from Rosalia.

The other victim was a man who said Rosalia took $10,0000 from him but he did not want his wife to find out so he declined to get involved in the investigation or to press charges.

Investigators reached out to the building owners who informed them that Unit 201 is leased to Bruno Soza for a year and that Soza has been renting for two months. The lease states the location is a business that sells religious artifacts.

The owner told police he has never met Rosalia but that she is on the property more than Soza, with heavy traffic from the afternoon to late evening. He provided the following contact information for Soza: (239)238-9516 and Brunosoza80@gmail.com.

Anyone who believes they may have fallen victim to this woman, or anyone with information about her or Bruno Soza is asked to call Naples Police at 239-213-4844.

This is an ongoing investigation and FOX 4 will keep you updated as things develop.

Naples Police are looking for a woman that several people say scammed them out of a total of approximately $100,000 for spiritual and witchcraft services.

The media ads were published in December 2020, leading to the in-person scams beginning mid-January and ending mid-March.

Victims describe the woman as possibly Hispanic or Eastern European, speaking Spanish with an unknown accent or dialect. She is of medium build and approximately 5’2” tall, with blonde hair and dark roots, land light brown eyes.
