LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- We're learning more about how an accused serial groper was caught at a Lee County Target store. And it involved an employee discount card.

23-year-old Dominic Sforza is facing three counts of battery after being arrested Tuesday.

He is accused of inappropriately touching women in incidents at three locations in Fort Myers recently: a Dollar Tree, a Publix, and a McDonald's.

Now a new report details the happenings at a Lee County Target store that led to his arrest.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office report, on Tuesday, October 29th, a woman told deputies that a man followed her out of a Target and grabbed her buttocks.

The man ran away and fled in a white NIssan Maxima.

Target Security reviewed surveillance video from the registers and located the suspect making a purchase involving a Target employee discount card. The card was found to be assigned to Sforza, who is an employee at the Target on San Carlos Boulevard.

The victim was able to identify Sforza in a police line-up.

Sforza has a first appearance before a judge Wednesday, where the judge set bond at $20,000 for each count and ordered him to wear a GPS monitoring device.
