COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. --- Deputies are searching for a man who they say impersonated law enforcement in Golden Gate Estates.
According to Collier County Deputies, the suspect stopped a woman while walking in the area of Immokalee Road and Rabbit Run Drive around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, March 4.
The suspect told the victim that he was a law enforcement office and indicated he wanted to search her and threatened to arrest the victim if she didn't cooperate.
Deputies say after the suspect frisked the victim, he got back into his car and drove off in a newer model black Dodge Charger towards Immokalee.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-50's, with a bald head and is 6'0 feet tall with a large build and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing green pants with multiple pockets, a black shirt and black boots.
Detectives have released a composite sketch of the suspect.
