Man charged in 2017 deadly shooting in Fort Myers

The Fort Myers Police Department has charged Kendal James Curry with second degree murder for the November 12, 2017 killing of Marvin Peacock.

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Fort Myers man is now accused of shooting and killing a man in 2017.

22-year-old Kendal Curry is now charged with second degree murder in the November 2017 death of Marvin Peacock.

Curry is being held in federal custody, waiting for sentencing on additional charges.
