PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. — A man is arrested after nearly hitting a patrol car while Charlotte County deputies tried to move an animal.
Deputies said Christopher Price, 33, was speeding past while they were attempting to wrangle an alligator in Port Charlotte.
According to deputies, Price smelled like alcohol and they found an open beer in his car.
