LEE COUNTY, Fla — A man is accused of threatening Lee County Sheriff's Office Detectives while he was arrested for narcotics-related charges.

Detectives say during an investigation they learned Rodrick Kanrad Campbell was selling Fentanyl in the Charleston Park Community.

Detectives conducted an undercover transaction where Campbell sold Fentanyl.

The transaction was close to a church and a church, which is a statutory enhancement to a criminal charge.

Detectives issued an arrest warrant for Campbell and charged him with Sale and Possession of Fentanyl within 1000 feet of a Church.

Investigators say Campbell was taken into custody on August 26th, and during his intake process, he threatens detectives with death and physical harm. He was also charged with threatening a Law Enforcement Officer with serious bodily harm.

"I will not tolerate my family members being threatened," stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno.

"This convicted criminal is back behind bars where he belongs. I have said it all along; if you peddle poison in Lee County, you will go to jail."
