LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — A Lehigh Acres man has been arrested for sexual battery on a minor.
The Fort Myers Police Department says it received a complaint about Anthony Adetutu in November 2019.
On Tuesday, April 7th, FMPD and the United States Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Adetutu.
Adetutu's charges include one count of sexual battery on a victim over 12 and under 18 years old.
He's also charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation with a victim older than 12, but younger than 16.
In December 2019, FMPD charged and arrested Adetutu for impersonating an officer.
