LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. – Fox 4 is working to get answers for a Lehigh Acres woman who says a group of teens have been tormenting her and her husband for months now.

What's been going on at this woman's home would anger any homeowner.  The woman told Four in Your Corner the teens have ripped out her lanai screens, torn out her garden, and at one point they damaged her surveillance cameras, which were worth about $500.

Now she says the group is starting to get violent and began crashing their bicycles into her garage door.

“It's scary. I thought a car ran into my garage, that's what it sounded like.  I'm afraid that they are going to try and get in the house and then you have to use force, which we don't want to do."

Four in Your Corner spoke to neighbors who say they've seen the teens in the area.  However, they weren't aware of the chaos they were causing at the woman's home.

"The price of the camera's they stole, the shame of parents knowing that they're kids doing that," said Eduardo Bonilla.  "If I see them again, I’m doing something about it."

The woman says she has called deputies about this, but since the teens stole her surveillance cameras, Lee County deputies says they don't have enough evidence to investigate.

We reached out to the sheriff's office asking if it’s possible to increase patrols, or if there have been other complaints in the area.  We are waiting to hear back.
