A Lee County Deputy was involved in a three-vehicle crash that took place Saturday morning on US-41 and Littleton Road Saturday morning, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Troopers say at approximately 9 a.m., 23-year-old Deputy R. Bovill traveled through the intersection with her lights and siren on. An oncoming driver failed to stop and struck the deputy car. The patrol car rotated striking a third car.
The deputy was taken to Cape Coral Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
