LEE COUNTY, Fla — Lee County Commissioners voted on Tuesday to accept $4.5 million in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant funds.
It would be for the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget.
The funds would be used for planning, homeless services, and community development.
It would also be used for various housing programs administered by Lee County’s Department of Human and Veteran Services.
This would assist people with low and moderate household income.
