NAPLES, Fla. — A Southwest Florida grand jury has indicted a man on first-degree murder charges.
Prosecutors say Raymond Colon is accused of shooting and killing his wife, Victoria Lynne Colon, 49, in the driveway of their home in Golden Gate Estates back in December.
Colon is continuing to be held in jail with no bond while awaiting trial.
