FORT MYERS, Fla. -- We're working to get more information on why police were at the Fly Lounge around 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
The FOX 4 Breaking News Tracker got video of the scene. Officers left the scene around 2:30.
When asked what happened, they declined comment.
Officers have had to go to the Fly lounge several times this year.
In May, a man was shot outside the bar. He is suing,claiming the bar's security was nonexistent.
In April, two men were arrested for disturbing the peace, after police said they shot at one another.
The club has also had several code violations as well. They've been ordered to shut down by the end of July.
