An Immokalee man is behind bars after neighbors say he fired a total of 4 gunshots from his home, Collier County Sheriff's Office said.

It happened before 10:00 p.m. Friday night in the area of North 4th Street and Roberts Ave.

Once on scene, deputies say Raul Martinez, 59, became argumentative and continued to move his hands to his pocket and behind his back, CCSO said.

Martinez repeatedly fought against many attempts to to show his hands, but was eventually apprehended.

He was later taken to the Naples Jail Center and was charged with Resisting Law Enforcement Without Violence.

Martinez remains in custody on a $10,000 bond.

After searching his home, deputies say they did not find evidence of a weapon.
