With clear skies and light winds, another chilly night is on tap across Southwest Florida and temperatures will likely be colder than we experienced Sunday morning. Be sure to bundle up as temperatures drop into the low 40s in most spots Monday morning. A low of 42 is forecast for Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita Springs. Temperatures will be near 40 degrees in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda by sunrise. The coldest numbers in the upper 30s are expected in places like Alva, Moore Haven, Arcadia, LaBelle and Immokalee, where frost is also a possibility. Temperatures will be a little milder along the beaches, in the upper 40s.

A Frost Advisory has been issued for Glades and Hendry County from 4 to 8am Monday morning. With this in mind, it is a good idea to bring inside sensitive plants and pets. Ample sunshine is expected Monday with highs a touch warmer in the mid 60s.
