COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Detectives arrested a former East Naples Middle School student after an investigation determined he was responsible for a social media threat made against the school.
The 13-year old is charged with written threats to kill or do bodily injury or conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism.
Investigators say the student confessed to making the threat.
He was arrested and turned over to the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
