FORT MYERS, Fla. — Florida SouthWestern State College will be hosting its very first virtual graduation honoring 3, 000 graduates on June 5th at 5 pm.

FSW asked the students to send in a short video or picture, which will be shown during the ceremony.

They will host three separate ceremonies on YouTube.

The School of Education, the School of Business and Technology, and the School of Health Professions’ graduates will be honored in one ceremony.

The School of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences and the School of Pure and Applied Sciences’ graduates will share two ceremonies split alphabetically by graduates’ last names.

There will be three commencement speakers nominated by FSW faculty.

A unique Snapchat FSW cap and gown filter will also be available to create their special graduation picture virtually.
