Collier County deputies arrested a man they believe got into a home as part of a cleaning crew, only to clean out the tenant's home entertainment systems. Randy Heimgartner, 25, is charged with grand theft and burglary.

According to a report from the Collier County Sheriff's Office, the tenants left the home on Mustang Island Circle in Lely Resort for a visit to Canada on April 15. Two days later, the landlord hired a service called Clean Hands to clean the home.

When the tenant returned, they noticed two TV sets were missing, as well as a Blu-Ray player and Bose audio equipment. Fingerprints collected at the scene traced back to Heimgartner, who detectives say also pawned the missing electronics at two different Capital Pawn shops. Heimgartner is also charged with defrauding a pawnbroker.

Fox 4 made several attempts to call Clean Hands Cleaning Services to confirm whether or nor Heimgartner worked for them as a cleaner, but kept getting a busy signal.
