Lee County deputies swarmed a home in the 800 block on Cervantes Street around 2:30 Wednesday morning. Someone fired shots into the home.
"It woke me up, there was a bunch of shots and I didn't really think it happened," said Dennis Rockovits, who lives right across the street from the home.
He doesn't know why anyone would want to hurt the family living inside.
"They kind of keep to themselves, the one son is here and they have a baby."
5 bullet holes riddled the side of the house, one went through the living room and the rest hit the wall.
No one was hurt. Deputies say the suspect or suspects also broke into two cars parked at the home.
