CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — The Charlotte County Commission commemorated the groundbreaking of the airport rescue and firefighting facility with a ceremony at 4 p.m., Tuesday, May 4, at the Public Safety Complex, 26597 Airport Road, in Punta Gorda. The event was open to the public.
A new Fire and Rescue facility is coming to the airport in Charlotte County.
