FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Fort Myers Fire Department responded to an accident involving a semi-truck and a Sedan on SR-82 and Lightard Knott Lane Friday afternoon.
Firefighters say crews found the Sedan underneath the truck, and thankfully everyone was out of the car.
Officials say one person was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Authorities temporarily shut down lanes while the vehicles were removed from the roadway.
