CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A car crashed into the Dollar Tree on Del Prado Boulevard Monday night.
According to a firefighter on the scene, the store was closed and no one was inside when it happened just before 11 p.m.
Cape Coral Police have arrested the driver, 48-year-old Scott Ciak, and charged him with DUI and DUI with property damage, and booked him at the Cape Coral Police Department.
Officers say Ciak was uninjured in the crash, but showed signs of impairment while at the scene.
