CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Officers are investigating a shooting on Wednesday morning.
It happened in the 1900 block of SE Van Loon Terrace in Cape Coral.
Investigators say there is one victim who was taken to the hospital for a gunshot wound.
They say it does not look to be life-threatening or critical.
The suspect has not been arrested at this time.
The Cape Coral Police Department is on scene of a shooting at the 1900-Block of SE Van Loon Terrace . There will be an increased police presence in this area while the investigation is being conducted. Please avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
