COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Troopers have identified a Cape Coral man as the victim in a rollover crash on Interstate 75 Wednesday afternoon.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, 68-year-old Tony Perolio died in the single-vehicle crash at 3:37 p.m.
Troopers say he was driving northbound on I-75 near mile marker 107 in Naples when he lost contol of his 2000 Blazer and overturned several times in the median.
Perolio was pronounced dead at the scene.
Trooper say he was wearing a seat belt at the time, but toxicology results are still pending.
