CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla — A boil water notice has been issued for a portion of the Burnt Store Marina service area.
The Charlotte County Utilities Department announced it Tuesday due to a 12” water main damaged by a contractor.
Officials say customers in the areas below are affected:
- South of the intersection of Matecumbe Key Road and Cape Cole Boulevard.
This includes Courtside Landings, Southshore, 3045 Matecumbe Key Road and the Marina.
They say customers affected will be under the boil water notice until further notice.
