LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- A man has been arrested, accused of shooting at boaters in Hurricane Pass near Fort Myers Beach.
The boaters told Lee County Deputies they were leaving the area when Ronald Seaberg fired 4 or 5 shots at them from his boat. When deputies arrived, Seaberg told them the boaters had been harassing him for days, but denied firing the shots.
Deputies found an unloaded gun on board his boat but were unable to find any shell casings.
He will be in court at the end of february.
