Charlotte County Deputies are warning golf cart owners to be vigilant and double-check to make sure their carts are secured.
Deputies say thieves are stealing golf carts at an alarming rate, and are particularly targeting golf carts inside RV resorts and mobile home parks.
The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office urges golf cart owners to never leave keys in the ignition.
