A North Fort Myers community is on edge after a bullet struck through a neighbor's window and landed on the kitchen floor. Thankfully, neither the couple nor the children were home when it happened.
Neighbors say the bullet holes serve as an eerie reminder of what could have happened.
"A bullet went through somebody's home. You hear about that in major cities not in North Fort Myers," a neighbor said. "This is a huge shock."
Other neighbors, who also asked to remain anonymous say they feel like prisoners in their own homes
"My home is a war zone," a neighbor told Four In Your Corner. "It's terrifying, especially for the older people who live here. There are people here shooting irresponsibly and they have no concern of where their bullets go."
No one was hurt, nor were suspects named or found.
