Edison Park Creative and Expressive Art School students celebrated the 170th birthday of Thomas Edison.
Students stringed instruments on Friday and brought in Edison's actually birthday with cake and sinign on Saturday.
The party was sponsored by the Edison Pageant of Light which began holding annual events to memorialize Edison since 1938.
The Edison Park School students' performance has a history that goes back to the time when students entertained Thomas and Mina Edison on his birthday.
