Farmers markets for April 1-2, 2017 in Southwest Florida

Looking to get some locally grown fruits and vegetables? Check out some of the area's farmers market the weekend of April 1st. Some of the farmers markets across Southwest Florida are seasonal, but some are around all year. Most of the time they are on one particular day of the week at a specific location.

Some of the farmers markets have websites or Facebook pages to provide information of their offerings, special features and times. 

Bonita Springs Lions Club Farmers Market

This market will have multiple fully stocked farm-fresh vegetable vendors, also vendors selling cut flowers, orchids, baked goods, fresh seafood, fudge and much more!

Cape Coral Farmers Market

Come and visit all three Farmers Markets in Cape Coral; they are always overflowing with fresh, local and healthy produce, fruits and foods, along with baked goods, made-on-site guacamole, salsas, homemade jams & jellies, pickles & olive mixes, cheeses, take home foods and much more.

Coconut Point Farmers Market

Located in Estero at Coconut Point Mall in the Panera Bread parking lot. This market offers fresh produce, seafood, meats, cut flowers, locally harvested honey, and baked goods. You can also find handcrafts, soaps, candles, hand woven baskets and hats. This is a pet friendly market!

Estero's Farmers Market and Native Plant Sale 

Local fresh produce, seafood, honey, arts and crafts, pickles and olives, fresh mozzarella cheese, native plants and trees. Native plant experts from the Coccoloba Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society will be on hand to answer questions and give advice on using native plants in your landscaping, the fertilizer ordinance and invasive plant species. FSW Farmers Market in Fort Myers

FSW Farmers Market is located on the campus of Florida SouthWestern State College and is open to public. Find local produce, organics, fresh eggs, cut flowers, art & crafts, cheese, smoothies, BBQ, Breads, wood grilled pizzas, pickles, guacamole, and so much more. Food trucks on site.

Fort Myers Farmers Market

Lakes Park Farmers Market

A true local outdoor market selling local produce, fresh seafood, native plants, cut flowers, artisan foods, organics, and more. This is one of the largest markets in Lee County with 50 vendors. Shoppers are invited to stay and eat breakfast or lunch at a picnic table while listening to live music and enjoying one of the most beautiful parks in Lee County.
