VENICE, Fla. — The Florida Lottery announces that Raymond Wynne, 63, of Venice, claimed a $2 million prize from the POWERBALL® drawing held on December 12, 2020.
Wynne purchased his winning ticket from Publix, located at 535 Tamiami Trail South in Venice.
Publix will receive a $5,000 bonus commission for selling the winning POWERBALL ticket.
The next POWERBALL drawing will be held tomorrow at 10:59 p.m. ET with an estimated $78 million jackpot.
Florida Lottery offices are currently open to the public by appointment only for players with prizes valued at $600 or more. Payers can request a claim appointment at Headquarters and district offices through the Lottery's website, at www.flalottery.com/howToClaim.
