SARASOTA, Fla. — A Sarasota woman is $1 million richer after she won off a scratch-off game.
Catherine Deering, 56 of Sarasota won on the Gold Rush Classic Scratch-Off Game.
She purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 6543 South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
