About Amy

Hello!

Thanks for clicking to find out a little more about me!

You could consider me the new, old girl!  It’s great to be back on the nightly news alongside Patrick!  The last time we anchored a show together was 2 days before I gave birth to my adorable son, Jude.  He is now a toddler and full of energy.  I keep the guys entertained with my war stories about raising a little boy!

My little guy is my pride and joy.  He keeps me on my toes and teaches me so much about life, everyday.  Coming back to work at night has been great.  I get to do what I love every day, bringing you the news, as well as spend time snuggling with my little man and watching him grow.

Aside from being a mommy, I am also a die-hard Seminole fan!  After growing up in Cape Coral, I headed off to Florida State University where I graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and developed a love for football.  GO NOLES!

After school, I started my career in television with an amazing opportunity.  I was granted an internship in Dusseldorf, Germany, working on an entertainment show.  Not only was I able to perfect my German (my dad is German), but from that moment on, I was hooked on television.  I moved back to Florida and landed my first job in TV News as an Associate Producer at a local station.

After much determination and learning the ins and outs of the business, I accepted a reporter position here at FOX, in January of 2005.  From there, I was promoted to Weekend Anchor, Morning Anchor, and in September 2007, I moved to FOX 4 News at 6, 10 and 11 to work with Patrick Nolan. I spent five years along side Patrick before leaving in 2012, shortly after the birth of my son, Jude.  Now, I'm back at Fox 4 anchoring the 6, 10 and 11pm news with Patrick and I couldn't be happier.

I feel so blessed to be able to come back to work in my hometown!

Thank you for supporting me over the years.   If there's anything I can every help you with, just drop me a note!
