Fight for $15 wage

People across the country fighting for a 15 dollar an hour minimum wage.

Yesterday protestors held signs at fast food restaurants and airports, some were even arrested as they demanded workers receive a starting pay of 15-dollars an hour, roughly 31-thousand dollars a year.

One airline security worker says he took part in the protests because the mission hits close to home

Right now, the national minimum wage is 7-25 an hour but 29 states have a higher wage. Voters in Arizona, Colorado, Maine and Washington raised their state minimum wages in November.
