The Joint's: Honey Pecan Brullé Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

 For one Portion
-2oz of Goat Cheese
-1teaspoon Honey
-1 teaspoon Pecan Pieces
-1 packet of Sugar in the raw

For the dressing
-1 large shallot sliced and roasted
-2 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar
-2 tablespoon vegetable stock
-1 table spoon Dijon Mustard
-1/2 cup salad oil

Preparation:


Combine all ingredient in Blender and add the oil slowly

-2cup of fresh organic Baby Spinach
-Rosted Red Bell Pepper
- Fresh Blue Berry
-Cherry Tomatoes

Tossed spinach with roasted shallots vinaigrette and add toppings
On a separate plate coat the goat cheese with a thin layer of sugar in the raw
using a torch "brullé the top of the goat cheese until sugar is caramelized

add goat cheese on the top of the salad and finish with few drizzle of balsamic reduction
