Preparation:

1.5 ounces Habanero infused Sauza Silver Tequila
.5 ounce Licor 43
2.5 ounces MASA house margarita mix
splash ginger puree
splash Corazon puree
place all ingredients in a shaker full of ice, shake well and pour into a glass garnished with a salt rim and lime; or if you are feeling adventurous maybe a pickled jalepeno!
 
Our Habanero infused tequila can be made with just about any silver/blanco/plata tequila that absorbs flavours very easily.  Our batches are a bit bigger, but to try it with one bottle, 2 habanero peppers (with stem cut off and seeds taken out) and 1 red serrano pepper (with stem cut off and seeds taken out) placed in one liter of tequila and set aside for about 35-40 hours will do the trick.
 
Licor 43 is a Spanish liqueur that is used in this particular cocktail in place of an orange flavoured liqueur like Cointreau or Triple Sec.  It adds a bit of contrasting sweetness to the spice with flavours of caramel, vanilla, and citrus zest.
 
MASA house margarita is made every morning utilizing only fresh squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, and filtered water.
