Dublin Ale House Shepperd's Pie

Preparation:

Dublin Ale House Shepperd's Pie
 
2lbs 80/20 ground beef
1  white onions
2 large carrots
1/4 lbs sweet peas
2 celery stalks  
1/4 teaspoon sage, rosemary and tyme
salt and pepper
 
Mash potatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
Guinness gravy
 
Brown ground beef and drain, saute all veggies til cooked 95% of the way.  Combine all ingredients and season.   Place in a pan, add gravy, cover with mash potatoes then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.  Cover bake in 350 oven til gravy bubbles along sides (30 minutes), remove cover and until cheddar cheese is golden brown.  Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
