Veranda's Bourbon Street Filet
Ingredients:
Beef Tenderloin 2-3 oz
Bourbon Sauce 4 oz.
Potato (mashed) 4 oz.
Cook medallions of Beef on flat top to desired temp.
Place cooked meat on dinner plate and top with
Bourbon Sauce.
BOURBON SAUCE
Mushrooms 1 cup
Demi glace ¼ cup
Brown Sugar ½ cup
Butter 1 Tbsp.
Shallots 1 Tbsp.
Garlic 1 Tbsp.
Ketchup 2 Tbsp.
Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp.
Sauté garlic, shallots and mushrooms.
De-glaze with Bourbon.
Add demi glace, ketchup, Dijon & Brown Sugar.
