Agave Southwestern Grill Apple Cinnamon Margarita
Ingredients:
1/4 of a diced apple - any variety
3 sprigs thyme
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. Agave nectar
1 oz. brandy
muddle to break down apples and get the juices out
add 2 oz. tequila
2oz. lime-ade
ice
shake and pour
top with an ale beer
garnish with sliced apples
