Hundreds gathered Thursday at the Dunbar Community School for the 7th annual Community Prayer Service.

The event remembers victims of violence in Southwest Florida over the past year, including Sean Archilles and Stef'an Strawder.  The teens were killed in July of last year in a mass shooting at Club Blu.

"He was respectable, loving and caring, he loved basketball," said Tracy Thomas of Strawder.  She's friends with Strawder's family and was praying with them Thursday.

Sean and Stef'an's families were presented with basketballs in their honor.

The killers remain at large.

"It's difficult because it was senseless, there are many leads, but no one in custody," said Thomas.

The names of nearly two dozen people were read during the service.  Lee County Sheriff's and Ft. Myers Police Officers were also recognized for their service to the community.
