CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Southwest Floridians celebrated Super Bowl 50 with lots of wings.
Wingnuts in Cape Coral got ready for the Super Bowl rush by ordering plenty of wings ahead of the wing day, so hungry customers wouldn't be turned away.
With the Super Bowl being the second largest day for food consumption, right behind Thanksgiving, Wingnuts was not surprised when they counted nearly 6,500 wings had been prepared in their kitchen today.
Thankfully, football fans at Wingnuts were happily served and enjoyed watching the game.
