FORT MYERS, Fla. -- We're staying on top of breaking news from overnight after a police presence in Fort Myers.
The Fox 4 Breaking News Tracker was on the scene early Wednesday morning, where police say a man ran a stop sign near U.S. 41 and Boy Scout Drive. Police say the man drove off when they tried to pull him over.
An officer chased the man and he was a caught a short time later.
During a search of the man's car, police found a gun inside. No word on possible charges the man may be facing.
