Who lies more: Men or women?
WFTX - A new study says women tell an average of 728 lies per year compared to men who tell an average of 1,092 lies per year.
"I think we're all equal opportunity liars. But it's certainly part of the human condition," says psychotherapist Polly Drew.
The study list the top five lies told by men and women.
The most common lie from women is about the amount spent on shopping.
The top lie men tell: "I didn't have that much to drink."
Drew says there's a rule you should remember if you get caught in a lie.
"The very first thing I would say is if you're caught in a lie, is to fall on your sword, and apologize," she says.
